Transfer Student Admission Application for the 2026/2027 Academic Year

 

Application period: 9th June, 2026 (Tuesday) to 8th July, 2026 (Wednesday)

 

(I)    Application Form

 

        (i) In Person

         Applicants can obtain the application form at the School General Office during the following office hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Sunday & Public holidays: Closed

         (ii) Online Download

         The application form can also be downloaded directly from the ‘Admissions’ section on our school website.

 

 

(II)   Submission of document

Please submit the completed application form, along with the following document, to the School General Office in person, by post or by email on or before 8th July, 2026 (Wednesday):

 

(i)    Completed application form

 

(ii)   Photocopies of the student’s report cards for the past two years

 

(iii)  Photocopies of any awards, certificates or proof of extra-curricular activities (if applicable)

 

(iv) Submission methods:

(III) Written Test & Interview Arrangement

 

(i) Applicants will receive telephone notification about the arrangement, including the date and time, of the written test (Chinese, English and Mathematics).

 

(ii) Admission Examination Fee: HK$75 (payable on-site on the day of the written test).

 

(iii) Candidates who successfully pass the written test will receive telephone notification regarding interview arrangements within two weeks. Applicants who do not receive such notification may assume that their application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.

 

 

 

(IV) Admission Criteria

 

(i) To ensure that all applicants are entitled an equal opportunity for admission, all candidates who have submitted a complete set of required documentation will be short-listed and invited to attend the written test.

 

(ii) As vacancies across all secondary levels are strictly limited, selection will be conducted in accordance with the principle of merit-based admission. The assessment will comprehensively evaluate the applicant’s performance across the following domains:

  1. Academic Performance
  2. Conduct
  3. Extra-curricular Activities and Awards
  4. Performance in the Written Test
  5. Performance in the Admission Interview
