Our Vision

1.To inherit and pursue the great aspirations of the worldwide Lung Kong clans (the LAU劉, KWAN關, CHEUNG張 and CHIU趙 clans)

2.To provide education and training to young people in Hong Kong and to enhance their cultural development, for the benefit of the community as a whole, without discrimination and irrespective of family name, religion or place of origin

3.To properly develop the body, mind and spirit of young people

4.In accordance with the Hong Kong Educational policies and guidelines and in view of the trend of the modern world, we aim to provide young people with a balanced and effective education and ethical cultivation to attain the virtues promulgated by the School Motto: “Loyalty, Righteousness, Benevolence and Courage”

5.To acquire our students with the upright qualities of prudence, moral sense and persistence, so that they may have a full life.

Aims

  • Create a caring and loving environment for students, so that they can learn happily and effectively, and grow up physically and mentally fit
  • Cultivate in students the virtues of values ​​and self-image, a rigorous learning attitude, a strong responsibility, discipline and respect for others. Help students grow and develop in all aspects of personal life, social skills, and acquire effective ways to face stress and solve problems
  • Strengthen moral education and civic education; enhance students' awareness of what’s going on in society, the country and the world so that they are more concerned about the surrounding; improve students’ diversified and critical thinking skills through a better understanding of individuals and families, schools and society relationships, so as to establish positive life goals, and contribute to the betterment of society
  • Provide a balanced, appropriate and diversified NSS curriculum to enable students to acquire basic knowledge and abilities, develop different aptitudes and interests; allow students to experience other learning experiences (including social service, artistic development, physical development and work-related experience, etc.) to achieve whole-person development
  • Improve students' self-directed learning and language skills, so that students have more opportunities to make use of English and Putonghua in junior forms, using both Chinese and English as tools for learning, thinking, and communication, in preparation for further studies and careers development
  • Guide students to build a "Student Learning Profile" to demonstrate their abilities and personal characteristics; recognize and commend students' different achievements and outstanding performance through a reward system suitable for their physical and mental development; reflect students’ performance comprehensively in different aspects
